Sleep and rest

The best way to stay in shape at night is to get enough sleep during the day.

It is important to sleep seven hours of quality sleep

  • Limit your consumption of coffee, tea, coca cola and chocolate after 2 in the morning
  • Avoid drinking alcohol and tobacco before going to bed
  • Go to bed immediately after you finish working
  • Leave any other activity for another time
  • Eat something light before bed so that you are not hungry
  • When you go to sleep make sure that your room is as dark as possible. Turn off your cell phone
