People engaged in sex work in Ticino can access free testing for chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis and HIV at our centre in Lugano or, thanks to our collaboration with the Infectious Diseases Service at Lugano Civic Hospital, through dedicated screening programmes.
Rapid HIV and syphilis testing
Free, anonymous and confidential, with results available in approximately 15 minutes. Tests can be carried out at our centre or, in certain situations, directly at the workplace.
Sexual health medical consultations
Through the Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale (EOC), you can access personalised gynaecological and urological consultations. This free, confidential service respects your privacy and provides support for symptoms, prevention, contraception, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and sexual wellbeing.
